We recently published our annual insight in to consumer behaviour at Christmas.

Recognising that times remain challenging, economic recovery uncertain and consumer finances stretched, once again, we looked at pre-Christmas shopping patterns, change in spend level year on year, proportion of spend online, gifting categories, card giving, ending up with the actual day itself, where people spent it, and what was their overall mood at Christmas 2013.
