We’re about to revisit ‘Trust’, a topic that’s constantly top of mind amongst our clients. Back in 2011 we published a paper called Blame, Trust and Fairness in the Financial Services Industry, and two years on, we’re about to collect the same data again, just to see how things have (or have not) moved on.
